Too much cognac for my taste. I used 1.5 oz and the rest of the recipe the same. I used Cointreau as the liqueur.

elegant and sophisticated, this cocktail took me back to the Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire era

I steeped fresh organic lemon zest with the the lemon juice and orange liquor (I used Cointreau for my version) for several hours. Was wonderful!
