- 3cups cubed, seeded watermelon
- 1tablespoon sugar
- ½bottle (375 milliliters) Champagne
Preparation
- Step 1
Place watermelon and sugar in a blender, and process until smooth.
- Step 2
Half-fill eight Champagne flutes with the watermelon mixture.
- Step 3
Slowly pour the Champagne into each flute to fill it. Serve at once.
