Ingredients
Yield:4 servings
- 1cup apple cider
- ¼cup Calvados or other brandy
- ¼cup sugar
- 1tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼cup yogurt
- 1teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
- 2cups milk or cream
Preparation
- Step 1
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy.
- Step 2
Pour into parfait or Sherry glasses and let stand 2 or 3 hours at room temperature.
