Ingredients
Yield:1 serving
- 1ounce Calvados
- 1teaspoon brown sugar
- 4ounces strong hot assam tea
- 1cinnamon stick
Preparation
- Step 1
In a pan, warm the Calvados.
- Step 2
In a tall pedestal mug, mix the Calvados with the sugar. Ignite with a match and let burn for 10 seconds. Add tea and garnish with cinnamon stick.
