    Fill a highball glass with ice and add the gin. Top with soda water and garnish with a wedge of lime.

I prefer soda to tonic when I am using an interesting gin, like Hendricks. Tonic is such a powerful flavor, it overwhelms fancy gin.

How about a few drops of Angostura bitters...

I drink these weekly with Barr Hill Gin. I add a sprinkle of frozen berries to make it feel fancy.

bonus, using seltzer makes this a carb free indulgence
