Ingredients
Yield:1 drink
- 1tablespoon (½ ounce) honey syrup (see note)
- 1tablespoon passion fruit purée
- 1½tablespoons superfine sugar
- ¼cup (2 ounces) gin
- 2tablespoons (1 ounce) lemon juice
- 1dash Angostura bitters
- ¼cup (2 ounces) sparkling lemonade, such as Lorina or San Pellegrino
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine everything but lemonade in a blender and blend for about 10 seconds. Add lemonade and 1 cup ice, preferably in small cubes. Blend for about 3 seconds. Pour contents into a goblet and add fresh ice to fill. Serve with a straw.
Tip
- To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water, and stir well.
