Preparation

  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and divide among 6 greased mini loaf pans. (Each should hold about 1½ cups.) Or form by hand into small loaves and bake on a sheet pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the center reaches 165 degrees. Remove from the pans and serve.

I made this tonight and tried to follow the recipe, but only had 2lbs ground turkey. When I was mixing all together, relish, meat, herbs the mixture seemed too moist so I added 3/4 cup of panko, 1/2 teas. blk. pepper and three sprigs of rosemary. I second the previous comment the instructions weren't clear.

I was thrilled to find this after having the meatloaf for lunch at Cafeteria. But there's something off here. The Tomato relish is a topper, not mixed in with the meats. Ditto the parsley. The lunch was excellent, the recipe needs clarification!
