Ingredients
Yield:About 1¾ cups
- 3bunches basil, well rinsed
- 1bunch flat-leaf parsley, well rinsed
- 1bunch chives
- ¼cup finely grated Parmigiano- Reggiano
- 2tablespoons goat cheese
- 2tablespoons pine nuts
- Pinch red-pepper flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
- 1cup extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all ingredients save for olive oil in a food processor. Mix. With motor running, slowly pour in oil. Process until smooth.
