  • ounces cachaça, preferably Leblon
  • ½ounce Benedictine
  • ½ounce agave nectar
  • 1ounce fresh lime juice
  • Sprig of fresh thyme

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Place jalapeno in a small saucepan. Add Chartreuse and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, remove jalapeno and allow infusion to cool.

  2. Step 2

    Pour ½ ounce of infusion (there will be extra) and remaining liquids into a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with thyme.
