I love the pale green color of this smoothie. Granny Smith and lime make a great marriage and the yogurt and chia seeds make the sweet and tart smoothie substantial enough to get me through the morning.

Interesting; relatively thin for a smoothy and not too sweet. I'll make it again.

I really enjoy this smoothie as-is but like to freeze my apples the night before to get the kind of texture I want. If it ends up too thick (and I don’t feel like pivoting to a smoothie bowl), I add some coconut or almond milk. It’s a refreshing breakfast!

Add more chia seeds, like a couple of tablespoons. Delish!

Was looking for a yogurt forward, no banana smoothie and this fit the bill. Subbed lemon for lime cause that’s what I had and added a date for sweetness. Pretty good!

Tart and tasty. My favorite tweak is to add green grapes! For texture and to keep in line with the pale green color and flavor of sweet acidity.

Used 4 mahjong dates, the juice of 1 lime, the zest from 1/2 lime. Used no honey or agave.
