Ingredients
Yield:2 to 4 servings
- 5cups watermelon, seeds removed
- 3 to 4tablespoons superfine sugar or to taste
- 2 to 4tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice (to taste)
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Step 1
Purée the watermelon, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice in a blender. Taste and adjust the sugar and citrus juice if desired. Pour through a strainer into a large pitcher and drain without pressing the solids. Skim off any foam and serve over ice in tall glasses.
