Really easy. The steak didn’t require marinating very long. Maybe just an hour and it was packed with flavor.

Delicious and easy! Will make this often.

This turned a piece of top sirloin into a lovely piece of steak. Only marinated it for about 30 minutes, turning a couple of times, and then grilled it using a grill pan. Tender and tasty.

Broiler - does that mean this can be done in the oven?
