For a moment, I really thought vodka was a substitute for water, and got excited.
Very yummy sorbet! For those unsure about how much juice is in a grapefruit I was able to get 1 1/2 cups juice from three wonderful grapefruits.
This is so perfect: refreshing, light and delicious (plus easy!) I love grapefruit, and will definitely be making this a bunch in the winter when they're at their peak.
Is the vermouth to help it freeze better? Besides vodka, I wonder what other liquors/liqueurs would work? Maybe Cointreau?
