Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and heat for about 10 minutes, until soft.

  3. Step 3

    Divide picadillo mixture evenly among tortillas, placing mixture in center of each. Roll up large ones by folding over top; then fold in sides and finish rolling. Smaller tortillas must be rolled over like cigarettes.
