- 2medium-size Kirby cucumbers
- 1teaspoon chopped or grated fresh or frozen ginger
- 2teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ½teaspoon sugar
- ÂĽteaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
- Step 1
Scrub and trim cucumbers, but do not peel. Slice thinly.
- Step 2
Chop or grate ginger and place in serving bowl with vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Stir in cucumbers.
