- 1egg white
- 1large whole-wheat tortilla (nonfat, if possible)
- 2teaspoons sesame seeds (black if possible)
Preparation
- Step 1
Whisk the egg white until slightly foamy, and brush over the tortilla. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tortilla, and cut it in eighths.
- Step 2
In a toaster oven, toast the tortilla wedges until they begin to brown and crisp, for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the oven.
