Preparation

    Whisk the egg white until slightly foamy, and brush over the tortilla. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the tortilla, and cut it in eighths.

  2. Step 2

    In a toaster oven, toast the tortilla wedges until they begin to brown and crisp, for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the oven.
