Ingredients
Yield:Four servings
- 2ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) chocolate, chopped
- 4cups milk
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine the chocolates and milk in a large saucepan and bring just to a boil, stirring occasionally. Lower the heat and cook the mixture at a slow simmer for 30 minutes.
- Step 2
Remove from the heat and whisk thoroughly. Strain through a fine sieve. Ladle into 4 mugs and serve immediately.

OMG. The result is a thicker, creamier drinking chocolate. I used a blend of light cream and whipping cream. Dreamy!
