Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Place the cauliflower, garlic and chicken broth in a deep saute pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook until , about 50 minutes. Drain.

  2. Step 2

    Place the cauliflower and garlic in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. Serve with crackers.
