Ingredients
Yield:3 servings
- 1large dried Oriental mushroom
- 1tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 3green onions
- 1pound fresh fish fillets
- 1tablespoon soy sauce
- 4tablespoons dry sherry
- ¼ to ½teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
- Step 1
Soak mushroom in hot water for 15 minutes; drain and slice thin.
- Step 2
Mince ginger; slice green onions thin.
- Step 3
Wash and dry fish; place in single layer in shallow baking dish; sprinkle with soy, sherry, ginger, green onions and mushroom.
- Step 4
Place dish over simmering water; cover and steam 8 to 10 minutes or until fish tests done.
- Step 5
Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
