Ingredients
- 1½oz. London dry gin
- 1oz. fresh lime juice
- ½oz. ginger liqueur
- ½oz. cinnamon syrup (recipe here)
- ¼oz. orgeat syrup
- ⅛teaspoon Herbsaint, an anise-flavored liqueur
- ½oz. ginger beer
Preparation
- Step 1
Shake everything, except ginger beer, with ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Pour in ginger beer.
