Blueberry Maple Caiprissimo

Ingredients
- 3½ounces maple syrup
- 2rosemary sprigs, cut into short pieces
- 3ounces Cognac
- 3ounces blueberries
- 2ounces lemon juice
Preparation
- Step 1
In a microwave-safe glass or mug, stir together the syrup and rosemary. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds. When cool, discard rosemary.
- Step 2
Add rosemary-flavored syrup to remaining ingredients in a blender. Add 1½ cups ice. Purée until smooth, adding more ice if needed to achieve a consistency that is no longer liquid, but still pours freely.

This is a super light and refreshing summer drink that I can see sipping around the pool. The maple pairs well with the blueberry. As written you cannot taste any alcohol and it is pretty sweet so if you have people in your life that only like sweet drinks that don't taste like booze, this is for them. If you'd like more of a bite or more fruity/less sweet, I don't think the drink would suffer if you reduced the maple syrup OR upped the cognac to 4 oz.
