Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Infuse the vodka with the lemongrass and makrut lime overnight.

  2. Step 2

    Shake 3 ounces of vodka with lemon juice, syrup and ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with lemongrass.

I infused the vodka and just mix it with tonic (Fever Tree is my favorite). Great flavor! Don't even try the commercial versions of lemongrass or kaffir lime vodka. They are VILE!
