Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

    Wash the apricots, cut them in half and pit them. Put them in a baking dish.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle with the kirsch and sugar and bake them, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
