Ingredients
Yield:About 2 to 3 cups
- 4ripe avocados
- ½cup finely chopped red onion
- 2medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 to 2fresh green chilies (according to taste), seeded and chopped
- ½cup fresh coriander, chopped
- ¼ to ½cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Juice ½ lime or lemon
Preparation
- Step 1
Halve and pit the avocados. Skin the halves, cut them into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except the lime juice, and mix together lightly, so that the mixture is slightly chunky.
- Step 2
Squeeze the lime or lemon juice over the top and serve.
