Peanut Butter and Nutella Panini

Ingredients
Yield:Makes 12 sandwiches
- 112-ounce jar creamy peanut butter
- 24slices of Pepperidge Farm Very Thin white bread
- 113-ounce jar Nutella
Preparation
- Step 1
Preheat a panini press or George Foreman grill. Spread about 2 teaspoons peanut butter on each of 12 slices of bread. Spread about 1 tablespoon Nutella on each of the other 12. Put the peanut butter and Nutella slices together and grill until marked and crispy. Use a silicone spatula to remove.

Haha! With a good panini, any combo of foods will do. My favorite as a kid was pb, marshmallow fluff, and a small drizzle of home made chocolate syrup (meant for sundaes, but there was always leftovers.) A perfect weekend lunch. I don't do fluff anymore, but almond butter and pumpkin seed butter are great additions to sandwiches.
