Oh my, my little crop of figs were falling off the little potted trees after lots of rain and humidity so I just did this. Some whipped cream in the fridge - so good!

This is incredibly simple, and incredibly good. We made it with fresh figs just off the tree and salted butter which popped the flavor. I’m sure it would be great on ice cream, but we had it solo and ended up licking the pan.

Delicious. Especially with end of season grocery store figs.
