Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Brown beef in its own fat. Pour off most of drippings. Push meat aside; add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Divide mixture into two equal portions.

  2. Step 2

    Serve with spaghetti squash.

Great basic recipe! Bought ingredients at Eataly and cooked in an Airbnb. Added 2 TBSP oregano. Easy vacation dinner!

For completion of the recipe it could be made like this: 1. Add one red bell pepper sliced 2.Add one finely sliced carrot 3.Add 3 tablespoons of tomato concentrate. 4.Add one tablespoons Oregano,thyme, rosemarin 5.Add 2 cups of water. Simmer about 90 min, add one teaspoon ginger after one hour Take care about enough liquid .
