Ingredients
Yield:4 servings
- 1cucumber
- 1cup plain yogurt
- 1teaspoon or more finely chopped fresh green chili pepper
- ¼teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Peel cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Scrape out seeds.
- Step 2
Cut cucumber into ¼-inch slices. Stack slices and cut them into ¼-inch strips. Cut strips into ¼-inch cubes.
- Step 3
Combine cucumber cubes with remaining ingredients. Blend well.
