Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Place all the ingredients except the bacon in a bowl. Briefly blend well and form into a loaf. Place the loaf on a rack in a 10-inch baking pan and cover with the bacon slices.

  3. Step 3

    Bake for 1½ hours until the meatloaf is firm and the bacon browned. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Yes I agree no chicken I used a meatloaf mix too

Well, I didn't make Veal, Pork And Chicken Granny's Meatloaf. I made Veal, Pork And Beef Granny's Meatloaf. For some reason the name of the recipe doesn't agree with the ingredients list. In any case, what I made tasted great. I made it exactly as the ingredients list and preparation directed.
