Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Turn on broiler, and cover pan with aluminum foil.

  2. Step 2

    Wash, dry and trim fat from tenderloin. Cut in half crosswise.

  3. Step 3

    Grate ginger, and combine with sesame oil, wine and hoisin sauce. Marinate pork in the mixture until it is time to broil.

  4. Step 4

    Broil pork two or three inches from source of heat 10 to 15 minutes, until meat is slightly pink inside, turning once. Slice and serve.
