Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
- 8ounces pork tenderloin
- Fresh or frozen ginger to yield 1 tablespoon coarsely grated
- 1teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2tablespoons dry red or white wine
- 1tablespoon hoisin sauce
Preparation
- Step 1
Turn on broiler, and cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Step 2
Wash, dry and trim fat from tenderloin. Cut in half crosswise.
- Step 3
Grate ginger, and combine with sesame oil, wine and hoisin sauce. Marinate pork in the mixture until it is time to broil.
- Step 4
Broil pork two or three inches from source of heat 10 to 15 minutes, until meat is slightly pink inside, turning once. Slice and serve.

This was easy but bland. I marinated it in the morning and the flavors did not penetrate the meat.
