Ingredients
Yield:1 large serving or 2 medium ones
- 1cup chilled espresso
- 12ounces ice cubes, about 12
- 2tablespoons fat-free sweetened condensed skim milk
Preparation
- Step 1
Place the espresso, ice cubes and condensed milk in a blender, and process until smooth and frothy.
- Step 2
Pour into a tall glass or into two 8-ounce glasses, and serve immediately.

Made this with leftover morning coffee and it was still good. It’s probably better with expresso. Teach your middle schoolers to make this. It’s much easier on the household budget than Frappuccinos.
