Ingredients
Yield:Four servings
- 1large green, unripe or mango, about 1¼ pounds, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2tablespoons minced ginger
- ½teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1small clove garlic
- 1teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1tablespoon minced scallion
- ½teaspoon orange-flower water
- ¼cup lime juice
- 1cup minced mint leaves
- 1cup minced coriander leaves
- ½cup minced basil leaves
Preparation
- Step 1
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Season to taste. This dip can be stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to 2 days. Serve with nuggets of chicken, steamed scallop kebabs or shrimp.
