- 2tablespoons butter
- 2tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- 8thick slices baguette-shaped French or sourdough bread
Preparation
- Step 1
Melt butter and blue cheese; stir to blend.

Brush bread slices with mixture on both sides.
- Step 3
Toast in toaster oven or under broiler for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
