Fantastic! I put everything in my food processor including the skins and pulsed it for a second or 2 on chop. Might consider adding a little red onion next time...

I make mango salsa regularly. With a bit of red onions and green chili. Will definitely try this!!

Not my fave. I think I'll save the peaches for other recipes.

Really good over grilled pork chops. Great use for sweet, juicy in-season peaches.
