Couldn't agree more, but I would add that I sincerely love generously buttered noodles, sprinkled with just a quarter cup of parsley for color and freshness, because they are the perfect blank canvas for practically any stew or braise.

This very well may be true, but have you considered that these generously buttered noodles, sprinkled with just a quarter cup of parsley for color and freshness, are the perfect blank canvas for practically any stew or braise.

I thank these clever commenters for sprinkling my mealtime with gleeful hilarity, though I fear that my tears of joy have watered down these generously buttered noodles, sprinkled with just a quarter cup of parsley for color and freshness, which would otherwise have been the perfect blank canvas for practically any stew or braise.

I tried these generously buttered noodles, sprinkled with just a quarter cup of parsley for color and freshness, and found they were the perfect blank canvas for practically any stew or braise.
