    Put the sour cream in a mixing bowl. Add the horseradish, vinegar, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Stir to blend the ingredients. If desired, add more horseradish to taste.

I added more horseradish and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. The addition of the wine vinegar makes it shine.

good but if you want bite you need to increase the horseradish
