Last summer the members of the Cocktail Committee of our apartment were unanimous in selecting this fizzy Wiznitzer as the Official Cocktail of Summer 2015. I'm about to pop a can of Cel-Ray and mix the first of 2016.

this is delicious with Don Julio Anejo

I would like to apply for a position on the Cocktain Committee, please.

This drink is delicious - I am sipping one right now. I reduced the thyme simple syrup to 1/4 oz, and did not add the the Dr. Browns, although I will try that in the near future! Delicious!
