Tip
  • To make a Del Ray East Luray Snow Day-tini, substitute white cranberry juice for the Cran-Tangerine.

The only difference between this recipe and the one that Emeril Lagasse developed at least two decades ago is that Emeril's uses straight cranberry juice cocktail and this one uses a a cranberry tangerine. It's a great recipe. I like to put it into Ziploc bags and stash it in my freezer. When I want to serve it I just bring it out a few minutes ahead of time and massage till it reaches desired consistency. It's great to just keep on hand in the freezer for no effort cocktails anytime.

We added cardamom to the mix-- would recommend!

As a less sweet/more potent variation, we serve this in champagne flutes and top with sparking wine---always a big hit!

Very easy and delicious - we used cranberry mango juice because we couldn't find tangerine and it was still great. Also great topped with sparkling wine per another commenter 👍🏼
