    In large wineglass, muddle strawberries, sugar, mint and ginger juice. Add vermouth, ½ cup ice cubes and soda. Stir and garnish with whole berry.

This was absolutely delicious following the recipe exactly as written. Next time I’ll try with a squeeze of meyer lemon or small drizzle of aged balsamic to give it a little kick of acidity.
