All of the orgeat recipes that I have found indicate that orgeat has vodka, so this drink is not necessarily non-alcoholic.
Orgeat syrup is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar, and rose water or orange flower water. Monin and Torani are two brands commercially available and do not contain alchohol. In France they mix it with water or seltzer for kids.
Orgeat Orgeat syrup is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar, and rose water or orange flower water. It was originally made with a barley-almond blend. It has a pronounced almond taste and is used to flavor many cocktails. Orgeat syrup is an important ingredient in the Mai Tai and many Tiki drinks.

For those with a nut allergy, Fee Brothers Orgeat Cordial Syrup is sold at Wegmans and it is nut free. I called the 1-800 number for company to confirm and they answered (!) and confirmed that the product is indeed nut free. The description on the bottle talks about the way it tastes (like almonds) but the ingredients they use are completely free of nuts!
I made this as directed, it was tasty but didn’t have the vibrant color as pictured. Also the sparkling coconut caused my mini shaker’s lid to fly off. This may not be an issue with a larger shaker. On my second go I muddled the blackberries first and shook all the ingredients minus the sparkling water. I strained the mix over ice, then topped off with the sparkling water, with a good result!
