Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
- 8ounces small peeled carrots
- 1teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1teaspoon lemon juice
- ½teaspoon sugar
Preparation
- Step 1
Wash and halve carrots, and steam for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Step 2
In serving bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar. When carrots are cooked, drain, and stir into soy mixture.
