Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
- 12ounces ripe plum tomatoes
- Several sprigs cilantro to yield 3 tablespoons, chopped
- 1large clove garlic
- 1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ⅛ to ½teaspoon hot-pepper flakes
Preparation
- Step 1
Wash, trim and cut tomatoes into small chunks.
- Step 2
Wash and chop the cilantro; mince the garlic.
- Step 3
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
