Ingredients
Yield:about ⅓ cup
- ¼teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- ¾teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½teaspoon nuoc mam (Vietnamese fish sauce)
- ½teaspoon soy sauce
- Freshly ground white pepper to taste
- ⅓cup virgin olive oil
- ½teaspoon whole coriander seeds
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine the garlic, lemon juice, nuoc mam, soy sauce and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Step 2
Add the olive oil slowly, whisking briskly to emulsify the dressing.
- Step 3
Add the coriander seeds, and mix well.
