Ingredients
Yield:8 tomato halves
- 4plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- ½teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Marinate ingredients in bowl for 1 hour.
- Step 2
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Step 3
Place tomatoes on baking sheet. Roast for two hours.
