  • 2ounces goat cheese, like Italian Caprini
  • 4ounces top-quality bresaola (air-cured beef)
  • 6leaves arugula
  • 4drops Italian black truffle oil

    Spread half focaccia with goat cheese. Top with bresaola, arugula and truffle oil. Cover with the other half. Serve immediately.

Arugula, bresaola, EVOO, a little good balsamico, and shaved Parm-Reg. Delicious with champagne.

Also delicious with gorgonzola cheese and balsamic reduction.
