  • 4slices baked turkey, about ½ pound
  • 4slices toast, crusts removed
  • 8strips bacon, crisply cooked

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat broiler.

  2. Step 2

    Add grated Cheddar to cream sauce and stir to melt; keep warm.

  3. Step 3

    Place slices of turkey on the toast. Cover each with ¼ cup sauce.

  4. Step 4

    Place 2 strips of bacon on each sandwich.

  5. Step 5

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan on top of each sandwich; place sandwiches on ovenproof dish and place under broiler

  6. Step 6

    Broil until bubbly and speckled brown.
