Ingredients
Yield:2 cups
- 2cups drained canned tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes)
- 1medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- ¼cup (packed) fresh coriander leaves
- 2tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped but not a smooth puree.
- Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and serve with fish cakes.
