- 1ounce anchovy fillets
- ½pound unsalted butter
Preparation

Puree the anchovies and butter in a food processor and serve spread on the brioche.

Is this fresh anchovy or salt cured?
Lola
The kind you get in the jars that are salt and oil cured. I add capers and tarragon and lemon zest to this recipe and it's out of this world. Recipe as it stands is great too.
