Ingredients
- ½cup chopped dill pickles
- 1teaspoon finely chopped shallots
- 1teaspoon chopped pickled hot peppers
- 1teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1cup unseasoned mayonnaise, homemade if possible
- Cider vinegar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Add pickles, shallots, hot peppers and parsley to mayonnaise. Let stand at least an hour. The vegetables will season the mixture.
- Step 2
Adjust seasoning with vinegar, salt and cayenne.

I used what I had: onions, pepperoncini, jarred red pepper, parsley, mayo. It was a match made in Heaven with the Lees’ Shrimp Burgers recipe. Next time maybe a few drops of black vinegar?
