Created a huge flame and wasn't very tasty - maybe my apples?

A delicious dessert, easy to prepare and relatively light. We added raisins, pre-soaked in Grand Marnier that we warmed in the microwave to facilitate absorption and served the whole confection with Oreo Cookie Fomu a wonderful ice cream alternative for the lactose challenged.
